Richard Mills

President & CEO

Richard Mills has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company since founding it. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, guiding top-tier technology companies, Mr. Mills is an accomplished corporate strategist and turnaround executive. His vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the technology, service, and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Mills achievements have been featured in Inc. magazine as well as other media publications.

Mr. Mills strategic approach to building a business is most recently reflected in his work as President of Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group, Inc. (BEAC) a technology systems integrator focused on infrastructure products and services. His turnaround capability is highlighted by his accomplishments as President & CEO of Sarcom, where he led a $900MM distressed company to profitability through major shifts in strategy and operations. Finally, as Chief Operating Officer of Pomeroy, a $700MM technology company, Mr. Mills focus on product-line mix and expense management portrayed impressive bottom-line results.

Currently as President and CEO of ConeXus World, Mr. Mills focus is helping global clients improve the implementation of technology solutions in all regions of the world. In addition, ConeXus World is the only digital signage integration company with a global footprint.

Richard Mills also served on the Board of Directors Pomeroy, G.O Ministries, Sarcom, and other business entities.

Greet Verellen

Vice President Business Development and Europe

Greet Verellen, Vice President of Business Development and Managing Director of Europe, joined Conexus World in 2010 to grow the European and International markets. Mrs. Verellen has more than 20 years of progressive responsibility in executive roles for international companies, directing sales teams and heading international sourcing projects with budgets varying from $1MM to $300MM. Mrs. Verellen has worked closely with many leading sales forces such as IBM, HP, Xerox and Cisco.

Mrs. Verellen is accomplished in all aspects of information technology services provisioning. Her skills range from business planning, financial forecasting, resource allocation, selling and sourcing. Mrs. Verellen’s accomplishments have been exhibited in data-driven, long-term strategic planning and have been fully recognized and awarded by her peers. Her leadership has been substantiated in the form of great business results. In her first year as a Business Executive (2000) Mrs. Verellen grew the firm revenue by $200.0 million, a 100% increase over the previous year.

Prior to joining ConeXus World, Mrs. Verellen was a Vice President of Beacon Solutions, where she led corporate business development in Europe, including the start-up phase by providing the new local teams with superior leadership during critical transition phases, including opening local offices, hiring professional and technical staff, writing business plans and installing effective management procedures. She was also actively involved in exploring joint venture opportunities in the new region.

From 2006 through 2009 Mrs. Verellen served as Manager of Strategic Sourcing Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Johnson and Johnson, leading ITS related projects in the region with a total budget in excess of $400 million. In addition, she was an integral member of the Corporate Strategic Sourcing team (New Brunswick, US) and managed several worldwide strategic projects for Johnson and Johnson Corporate. During that time Mrs. Verellen was awarded by the Silver Encore Award in recognition of special achievement for Johnson and Johnson Consumer - Pfizer Consumer Integration.

Previous to this, Mrs. Verellen held various positions as Director of Sales, Manager of Technical Operations and Back-Office.

Mrs. Verellen holds a Master in Economics. She is fluent in several European languages and able to conduct business in culturally different environments.

Troy Walls

Vice President of Operations

Troy Walls, Vice President of Operations, is focused on effectively producing a global technology workforce that provides top level services, which utilizes the skills and convenience of the best local resources combined with international support, allowing the client to communicate directly with ConeXus World for a level of service that is truly world class.

Mr. Walls has more than 15 years of management experience with over 10 years in the communication and technology sectors. He has a wide array of experience in customer service, managed services, entertainment, and manufacturing environments around the world. He has managed teams in the U.S. as well as Europe and Asia.

Notable Projects that Mr. Walls has made considerable contribution to are The Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville KY – network cabling and A/V systems, Belterra Casino in Ohio, and French Lick Casino and Resorts in Indiana – network cabling, surveillance and video display systems, Beacon Solutions EMEA – roll out of the European documentation effort for a Johnson and Johnson including complete Layer one infrastructure, Jideco (Japan / KY) – created and implemented corporate employee training practices and systems for over 1,000 employees in the US and Japan.

Mr. Walls management skills were reflected most recently in his work as Technical Documentation Manager and interim Director of Engineering in Europe for Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group, Inc. (BEAC), a technology systems integrator focused on infrastructure products and services. Other key positions recently held were General Manager for Blue Grass Entertainment and Exposition Complex LLC and Infrastructure and Service Manager for Strategic Communications.

Paul Kline

Digital Signage Industry professional

Paul Kline is Vice President of Sales for Conexus World NA, and considered a Digital Signage Industry leader with extensive years and experience as an LED and LCD flat panel display solution provider, focusing on Digital Signage rollouts and Retail Applications. Paul has additional expertise in system design and hardware/software/component procurement.


Most recently he oversaw the successful merger and integration of Kline Industries into ConeXus World, with a unique expertise in the helping clients enhance their customer experience through the design, implementation and management of digital assets deployed in the retail and advertising environment.


Other skills include Program Sales & Marketing expertise along with new display product development. Paul has successfully managed multiple programs to full production and installation.

Joe Brewer

Director of Finance

Joe Brewer has 25 years of progressively responsible experience in the accounting and financial functions. He has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, accounting and control, in addition to hiring professional staff.


Joe has worked for Conexus World Global, LLC since June of 2014 as Director of Finance. Joe previously served as sole proprietor of his own business from 2009-2013. Prior to that, Joe was Controller for a technology start-up company, from 1999-2008, assisting in setting up back office controls for accounting and human resources. He also assisted in raising outside capital to assist the company in its growth to over 30 million dollars. From 1997-1999 Joe served as Controller for Ready Staffing, Inc., a newly formed temporary staffing company serving the Southeastern United States.

Kate Cha

Director of SW Engineering

Kate Cha has over 20 years experience in S/W development and management in the wireless communication industry.


Through her carrier, she has focused on CDMA Radio Access Network product, comprising all facets of software development life cycle, and delivered the products successfully to major operators.


She has joined AirWalk Communications in 2002 and led combined BTS-BSC system SW development which was delivered to various U.S. and international customers as well as combined 1xRTT CDMA –EVDO Enterprise Femtocell SW devlopment. The company was acquired by Ubee and changed the name to UbeeAirWalk in 2012 and delivered more than 5000 of Enterprise Femtocell to Sprint Network, and Kate has been supporting and maintaining the SW until now at Conexus World since UbeeAirWalk and Conexus World have entered into an outsourcing agreement for Sprint Efemto product in 2014.


Prior to joining AirWalk Communications, she has worked for Samsung Electronics for 7 years as a SW engineer, and participated in the world first CDMA commercial service system development and delivery.


Kate graduated from Sookmyoung Women’s University with BS degree in computer science.

Luc Lenaerts

Director of OPS for CXW EMEA & ASPAC

Sales, life-style and fashion always have been main components in Luc’s life leading into over 25 years of leadership roles in fashion & lifestyle, @ retail and whole sale environments.


Initially being a Sales rep. for Rucanor and Mexx Luc evolved quickly to country manager duties for international successful brands such GSUS and Levi’s. In this capacity he headed and developed innovative & unconventional go-to-market campaigns resulting into further growth and immediate sales improvement. His out of the box thinking influenced a 360° approach for ConeXus World by Luc driving the conceptual retail designs and creative digital life style realizations for a.o. l’Oreal Business Club.


Overtime his People management skills have fully matured leading to great additional value in expanding our relationships with partners and customers. Luc incorporates skills such as budget planning and analyzing data to improve results and expand KPI’s.


Luc is much recognized by his co-workers and partners being an energetic and considerate professional.

David Skoog

Senior Project Manager/Director, Los Angleles

David A. Skoog brings more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of electronic media technology to Conexus World. Prior to joining Conexus World, Mr. Skoog worked as a senior level project engineer for Edwards Technologies where he designed and engineered audiovisual systems for such clients as The Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in Pasadena and The Discovery Cube, Los Angeles. Mr. Skoog's background also includes numerous years as a sound and theatrical lighting designer for performance theatre, most notably on an international level as technical director and production manager.


Mr. Skoog is in charge of the planning, procurement, design and implementation of a robust digital signage network at Los Angeles International Airport and other airports in the Western United States. In addition to his duties as a project manager, Mr. Skoog is directs our operations in the Los Angeles area.


Mr. Skoog has designed and implemented technological solutions to satisfy the needs and requirements of over 60 federal courthouses nationwide. He has an extensive and diverse background in the development of technical systems for presentation. Most recently, Mr. Skoog has been involved in the research of advancing technologies. Coupled with his previous experience, he brings a solid background for the design and specification of state of the art technology systems, integral to building systems, as well as a vision for future advances in this field. Mr. Skoog is considered to be a national expert in the area of design for integrated video conferencing systems used by national and international corporations as well as numerous federal courts across the United States.


Most recently, Mr.Skoog has been involved in the research of advancing technologies. Coupled with his previous experience, he brings a solid background for the design and specification of state of the art technology systems, integral to building systems, as well as a vision for future advances in this field.
